Milestone ConvertingVegetarians

This milestone will be the start of a new age for Piwik. Its aim is to make it easy for new developers to Piwik to understand its internal structure. It also contains work on the website and project management, so that the processes behind Piwik are available to everybody.

Basically this milestone is all about documentation, making all information about Piwik future available to the community, and starting to organize the community.
