In 0.5.1, we remove widgets from disabled plugins in the dashboard. However, there is also an issue with widgets from enabled plugins but when the widget doesn't exist anymore. For example, Actions.getActions widget was removed in 0.5, causing dashboard errors. In plugins/Dashboard/Controller.php the non existing widgets should be automatically removed from the dashboard.
