No PHP in my Eclipse

Description

I followed all the instructions at  http://dev.piwik.org/trac/wiki/HowToSetupDevelopmentEnvironmentWindows. I managed to set up EasyPHP and enable the debugging feature. However when I open Eclipse I can't see PHP plugins. In Eclipse, there is no PHP option under "Window > Preferences".

I am using Windows XP.
