Search engines: remove duplicate and dead links

Here are some more updates for the search engines:

• remove entries (and icons) where hosts can't be found:
  • search.altavista.com
  • aolsearcht.aol.com
  • search.cometsystems.com (icon)
  • spsearch.ilse.nl (icon)
  • be.ilse.nl (icon)
  • gov.gigablast.com (icon)

• add 'www.ilse.nl' to Ilse works such like 'search.ilse.nl'

• remove 'websearch.cs.com' from WebSearch (line 1259), cause of a duplicate entry in Compuserve (line 244)

Guess there are some more entries incorrect or missing. Maybe I'll take a closer look another time...

thanks for the changes, but you forgot to remove 'gov.gigablast.com' line 388 (icon is already removed)
