Always calling the package file latest.zip make impossible to download a previous version, also searching it in google cache.

I'm having a lot of troubles upgrading from 4.5.4 to 6.2, and I cannot do incremental upgrades because I cannot find all the intermediate versions. The http://piwik.org/blog/category/releases/ page is misleading as links brings to old pages where the version are always linked to latest.zip, so from 0.5 release page I will download, clicking on the Piwik 0.5 link, the 0.6.2 version (and not having version number on the source files, see #1406, make thing worse).

I'm going to try using subversion tags, but this is complex and not so user friendly.
