CSS styles are not the same on the feedback form when you access it from the dashboard or from an admin page.

(in [2377]) margins are now the same, but the inputboxes/buttons still look diffrent

I should have mentionned, in this ticket #660 , it is solved by removing the conflict occuring when styles.css from CoreAdminHome overides styles.css from CoreHome
