Installation - english labels inconsistency

• For consistency, the Go! button on the database set up form should be Next »
• There are no instructions for creating the database yourself. What permissions the user needs should be specified.

GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, DROP, INDEX, ALTER ON databasename.* TO 'username'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

• 'General setup' should read something like 'Administrator details'
• Referrers -> Evolution should be Referrers -> Overview and why does the graph only include direct entry?

Wont fix create DB instructions as we never got support request for this (plenty of info on the net about it)
