I can reproduce your issue on my iPod Touch having 4.1. But http://demo.piwik.org with Anonymous Access ON works. Piwik Mobile is compatible with iOS 4.*
The required plugins are also activated. Don't know what could cause this issue at the moment. Did you any special setup on the server / piwik installation?

I'll have a look at this tonight.

There isn't special setup, just basic install. OVH is the provider of this website.

Ok. Had a look in the logs and discovered a "forbidden" error. On Android and iOS.

Verified it in a linux terminal:

I have no idea why it works with iPiwik. Maybe iPiwik is a "web app"? Please reopen ticket if necessary.

I had just set piwik folder with "755" attributes (with filezilla) but it don't work.
I don't have linux so i can't test wget and the forbidden error.

That seems not to be a problem with the mobile app only. If I open your piwik install the dashboard doesn't load. There is a 403, too:

I deleted piwik folder, detected piwik_* tables, reinstalled piwik and actived anonymous consultation = same problem...

By defaut, permission of the piwik folder is 705

0705 is unusual. If the web server (and php) run under a different user id than your own, then the problem may be the
"5" (ie it doesn't have write access which it needs in order to generate compiled templates, cache files, etc).

Remember Piwik works fine except on this iphone

OVH (my website provider) don't allow 707 or 777. So i tried 755 but same issue.

Have you a suggestion ?
