when changing the language in the language selector, Fatal error: Call to undefined method Piwik_LanguagesManager_API::setLanguageForSession()

(In [3554]) fixes #1928 - webtest to switch to German, French, and then back to English (this last step is important because cookies are persistent for the entire webtest)
