Merge in support for scatter plot visualization for use by:

we get rid of OFC all together... we could use jqplot scatter plot but some work needed to make it look nice

At this point, I believe the jsCharts would only eliminate the .swf. Visualization still depends on the php-ofc-library.

Can you discuss with Argenis? Their server patch should still be useable. Maybe they can whip up the client side js?

at this point it's still there, but part of the ticket of JS charts for 1.5 is to completely remove ALL ofc related code (php/js/tpl/swf/etc.) so it will not be usable again (unless plugin bundle OFC directly ;)
