I've just downloaded the latest version of PikWik from the site and installed it and then installed pikwik mobile on my HTC Evo 4g. When I attempt to login it tells me to 'verify settings'. If I attempt to log-in anonymously to http://demo.pikwik.org it tells me "Oops... problem during the request, please try again."

I'm using the most recent version of both the server and mobile client.

I've attempted uninstalling and reinstalling. Connecting over 3g and wifi.

Any help would be great!

Hey JoshFabian,

thanks for your feedback.

Have you tried different users?

Is your Url to Piwik Server correct? (There is possibly a bug if the url ends with "index.php" or similar). Make sure there is no whitespace and no autocorrection.

Have you entered correct login and password?

Is there any unwanted characters spaces for example in the Piwik Url, username or password?

Have you disabled any plugins?

By the way; It is not "Pikwik" it is "Piwik". Please try http://demo.piwik.org

I can log into demo.piwik.org, but I cannot log into my personal instance of Piwik either. +1 for getting this fixed

demo.piwik.org is currently running 1.4 -- we haven't bumped it up to the trunk version yet.

You will have to send us an email (mobile at piwik.org) with your Piwik URL and a login/password for testing.

Could you try whether it works with this beta version of the next Piwik Mobile release?

https://rapidshare.com/files/3632030939/Piwik_Mobile_1.4.0.apk

Let me know if you need help installing the app.

Otherwise you'll have to send us an email - as vipsoft mentioned.

Issue will be fixed in Piwik Mobile 1.6 release.

Please reopen if it is not working for you.
