Delete all useless/ out of date comments in the code

Make sure that the code looks good, remove all the extra useless comments. Instead rename methods so that the names are self explanatory.

For example currently in trunk/modules/DataTable.php there is the initial specification of the DataTable. We shall remove the spec from comments and, if necessary (is there any value?) create a wiki page with the documentation/simple tutorial.
