If using the [Segments] feature https://github.com/piwik/piwik/blob/master/config/global.ini.php#L341

Then one might expect that during cron archiving, ALL reports are processed for this segment.

However there is a bug and the request would only archive the requested report and not more. But, we really want to have all reports pre-processed when using this feature, so that the user does not trigger any more report with the browser.

(In [5133]) Fixes #2649 - when a request with a segment that is part of the list of segments to pre-process, Piwik will now make sure that ALL reports are preprocessed, and not only the one requested
