Widgetize: add a Clearspring export to netvibes/igoogle/etc button to all widgets

Description

When viewing the list of widgets on the dashboard page, we could automatically hook a "Export this widget" that would make it super easy to export any existing widget to other widgets platforms.

In one click any user could view their Piwik stats from other websites.
