Display a message like 'Only the first 20 websites are displayed here. Please use the search bar to access your other websites' if one account returns a list of 20 websites. This makes the UI much clearer.

The goal of limiting displayed websites was really to ensure that the app does not crash when the piwik has eg. 1000 websites.

Displaying 50 websites will be OK for the Mobile App (it will work & fast). Also, 50 websites will work for most users since most users have less than 50 sites.
So... can you make it to display 50 websites by default ?

(In [5348]) fixes #2725 increased number of displayed websites to 50 and display a message if limit is achieved
