from laste time i have tried reinstalling the app... but it is still not working...

Dear Matt and tsteur,

Please view my new opened ticket #3262. I have same "Failed to parse response" problem as this one. But this problem only occure with my self hosted Piwik version 1.8.2 when accessed from Piwik Mobile version 1.8. But my other self hosted Piwik 1.7.1 is working fine. So I downgrade the 1.8.2 with 1.7.1 to find out where the problem is. And its work.. I can access my new self hosted Piwik server from my Piwik Mobile, but with old version of Piwik.

Before I downgrade the 1.8.2, i thinking that maybe the problem is with my Piwik Mobile. So I try to downgrade the Piwik Mobile with version 1.7 that tsteur mention above. And the "Failed to parse response" error message is still came up.

Re-Upgrade the Piwik Mobile to 1.8, downgrade the Piwik 1.8.2 with 1.7.1, and everything is going fine.

I don't know if it is right for me to re-open this ticket. So i decide to open my own ticket, and give my comment here. Hope you mind to view my ticket, and give some clarify about this one. And of course some advice about this problem is would be appreciated.
