In the last version of Android market of piwik mobile, I don't have image, neither sparkling. All graph, small image (as image used for navigator) are absent.

So I have a text only version of piwik. :-)

Hi phoenix,

which Android version runs on the Samsung Galaxy note? Please open the "Settings -> Give us Feedback" screen to see the information we need.

Do you know whether it is branded with the Samsung Touchwiz UI?

Please, also try to add the Server "http://demo.piwik.org" with "Anonymous Access" enabled. Does it work with the site "Piwik Forums"? Just go to "Settings -> Manage Accounts -> Add account".

Yes, it work with the demo site. My own site used https and an authentication but it work with the iPhone version. This phone have touchwizz and version 2.3.6 of Android. Please see screen capture for detailed information.

I made a quick test.
If I deactivate https and made site accessible for anonymous, this work. I think this because my certificate is signed by cacert. how can I tell to piwik to ignore the verification of certificate for image... Piwik already ignore the certificate for the access of the site.

Hi phoenix,

thanks for identifying this issue and for being so conscientious with the screenshots and information you included.

Unfortunately I'm not able to fix this at the moment. Titanium Mobile, the framework we use to implement the app, does currently not support the feature to ignore invalid certificates when requesting/displaying images :(

It's really shame ? I'm surprise that it doesn't work only for me. Do you know a way to do add the cerificate on all android ?

Phoenix: did you import the root cert for cacert?

I can't try this my phone is not rooted. But i try droidCert and this doesn't change. :'(
Do you know another way to do this ?

Thanks if this issues can be solved a day.

Hi phoenix,

good news! I think I found a workaround to solve this issue. Would you be so kind to test it? I'd send you an APK file via email. Just send me/us a mail ( mobile .at-. piwik.org )

(In [6158]) refs #2842 workaround for remote images fetched from https sites with a self signed certificate. Sparklines, graph and detail graph works now. I am not sure whether I want to use this workaround for icons too. It uses possibly too much memory. Have todo more tests

Sparklines and graphs are no longer absent if one uses https with a self signed certificate! Icons in "Live! / Visitor Log" are still absent. Can't use the workaround there cause it would break the caching of icons and so on. This just affects android users who use https with a self signed certificate. Once I can use the workaround for icons, I'll activate it. I'll also update the mobile FAQ page once we release a new version.
