new topmenu invloves also creating interactive dropdown menu for choosing sites, see #5708

I’ve downloaded the latest SVN version (rev. 551) and I get a error of Smarty in the topmenu. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error-message (topmenu-error.png)

I’ve found the problem, but don’t know how to fix it.

File header.tpl doesn’t exist inside /plugins/Home/templates, and that’s the reason of the problem. Maybe you forgot to include the file inside the patch.
