Description

Regression in UI, visible in 1.7b9 on demo:  http://demo.piwik.org/

the widgets can't be dragged and dropped anymore.

(In [5771]) refs #2397, refs #2909 - rollback to jquery-ui.js 1.8.16; 1.8.17 introduced a drag & drop regression

The regression is fixed by  https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/commit/988b803be3085111cb8d741b99ab09151dc7f1b5 of the 1.8.18 dev branch.
