I'm thinking about displaying a dialog (see screenshot) about every 40th app start. Have seen this in a lots of other apps.
Pro: It possibly reaches more people to rate the app than a simple sentence in the "Give Feedback" screen.
Contra: It possibly annoys a few people (but it would include a "don't remind me" button)

Another option is to place a sentence in "Give Feedback" screen (see screenshot).
Pro: It reaches the people who are possibly interested in giving feedback and we wouldn't annoy other people.
Contra: Only a few people open this screen (last year about 140 people)

Any opinions?

Done. I also added event tracking so we can see how often the users choose each of these options. If the success rate is too low, we can remove or change this feature.
