The API for getOutlinks needs a segment so that one can request all outlinks for a particular page.

The current segments (referrerURL, pageUrl, exitPageUrl etc) have no effect on the API call getOutlinks call - using any gives the wrong results: ie producing zero results.

The topic http://forum.piwik.org/read.php?2,88215,88301 outlines the problem, explains why the segment is needed, and gives examples of how to prove & reproduce the issue with the demo Piwik id7 site closing with Matt's (http://forum.piwik.org/profile.php?2,4) recommendation that a ticket be raised here.

Need any more info from me?

We must also plan to add integration test testing this new segment

@mattab Any update on this? It appears the issue still persists in 3.0.4.
