After updating to 1.9.1, conversions stop showing up in extended tables.

Example attached:

  • Country report under Goals shows up conversion,
  • Country report in Visitors -> Location & provider does not show up conversions,

Similar can be observed in:

  • Visits per server time,
  • Custom variables,
  • Referrers (Websites, SEs, keywords, Referrer type)

Basically conversions do show up only under reports in Goals section in Piwik.

I think this will be fixed as part of #3359 but let's see! As soon as this one and #3359 are fixed I'd love to do a release...
