NSIS is a system to create windows installers. Installers made with NSIS can download files on execution time. NSIS installers use their own user agent string:

"NSISDL/1.2 (Mozilla)"

It would be nice if Piwik could identify this (or similar) "non human" user agent.

please submit a patch to : https://github.com/piwik/piwik/blob/master/libs/UserAgentParser/UserAgentParser.php or apply patch to your local piwik
