In Piwik 1.9.2, a date range configured in the Super User's dashboard will not be copied to either the "default" dashboard or to another user's dashboard as part of the Super User's "Manage dashboard" functionality.

Additionally, when an ordinary user logs in, the default date range for the dashboard is "Yesterday". Any changes made by the user to the date range are remembered only for the duration of the session. When that user logs out and then logs back in again, the date range reverts to the default "Yesterday".

I have not tried changing the date range for the Super User's dashboard. (I don't want to take a chance on this not working properly!)

this is by design, use the calendar to change the date, or pass the full URL to your colleagues.

Also you can change the default date to load in the user preferences (click SETTINGS at the top right of Piwik)
