#3832 closed New feature (fixed)

--force-lowercase-path option to log importer script that makes all paths lowercase before importing hits (for IIS logs)

Reported by: skerbater Owned by: diosmosis
Priority: major Milestone: Future releases
Component: Core Keywords: case sensitivity
Cc: cbay Sensitive: no

Description

Could be an option for forcing all paths to be lowercase when using python import script... to keep page views accurate no matter what the case.
ex. http://site.org/Path

http://Site.org/path

This would be one page instead of two as it is currently. This was a great feature in Urchin and would like to see it in Piwik as this is our replacement.
