Hi,
I found, that when using Google PageSpeed Insights, these visits are counted as normal visits.
I attached a screen shot of my visitor log and two pictures with the user agent string of desktop and mobile version(sorry that I have no text for user agents, but I printed the user agent string in the requested website and Google only provided a picture of the response).
