We noted that the visitCount Visitor attribute was sometimes set to values to high. It is updated too often in the first party cookie. We can improve the accuracy by making the piwik.js code bit more clever.

In fe4ee5d: Fixes #4248 this should help with making segments visitCount and daysSinceLastVisit more accurate!
