Thanks for the report, can be reproduced at: http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=month&date=2013-12-24#module=Actions&action=indexPageUrls&idSite=1&period=month&date=2013-12-24

It looks like % columns are not sorted correctly, this is a regression and AFAIK we've had this bug already 2-3 times before.

In c548ed5: Fixes #4429, allow processed columns to be sorted in table visualizations.
