Good day,
please tell me, how can I ever make when entering the settings in the plugins and themes for this Internet connection is not required, since Piwik I have installed at the worksplace, where there is no Internet connection, resulting in an attempt to enter in these sections, the engine off with an error.

In previous versions it was not necessary (since then there was no concept Marketplace =))

In 683b760: Catch exception so that Plugins+Themes listing page are still displayed even if server not connected to the internet. Fixes #4431
