Well after posting twice to the forum without being published (admin needs to approve my post???)

I went from 2.1.1-B10 to 2.2..0 final.
Only my visitor lof updates, nothing else.

What I did so far:

  • Disabled all non PIWIK plug-ins (no change)
  • Did run cron archive (cron worked finally, but no change)
  • Emptied the /tmp (no change)
  • No mention in the error log

It's like it's the previous bug I send again.....

Went back to 2.1.1-B10 and all is working again.
I tried &debug on 2.2.0 but that didn't give me any output.

I guess I need to wait until this is fixed. Never going to update any piwik version again on a production server.

I just updated to 2.2.0 and I have exactly the same problem.

I can see the visitor logs in the summary but everything else is like there is no visit. The charts remains to 0.

Please help!

The console say there is "no new visit since the last script execution" since we update Piwik to 2.2.0, but we got more than 1500 lines in the visitor logs from this date.

For some reason we can't rollback our install, and we can't control the server, so we need to wait an update.

UPDATE
The server admin change the cronjob to the old /misc/cron/archive.php, and our stats reports are back. So we use this configuration for the moment.

Thanks for the report. Please try update your cron job as explained in: http://piwik.org/docs/setup-auto-archiving/

If the core:archive command works, but still does not archive anything, maybe you can post the core:archive log output (on pastebin) as maybe it will help us troubleshoot.

This Piwik install run on a French server (so actually we have -2 hours offset with GMT), and I can see that it's start with the local time (8:50:02) but from the line 11 it's the GMT time used (6:50:03). Perhaps this is the source problem.

We're waiting for 2 hours to see if the stats are processed, and I come back to keep you informed.
