Piwik lets you upload custom logo in the Branding Settings.

As well as uploading the Logo, it would be very nice and brand-friendly to let Piwik users upload a custom Favicon to replace our default favicon: http://demo.piwik.org/plugins/CoreHome/images/favicon.ico

In 57ab654: refs #5167 display custom favicon on more pages and only if enabled

This should work although not in every browser. For example IE 10 and lower shouldn't work but there was not a favicon showing before so it is acceptable for me.
