Hi,

On many Analytics site I have been noticing a new feature that captures site visitors mouse movement and interactions with the site. This can be one of the bombshell and 'The Best' feature to have especially from:

  1. Usability testing.
  2. Seeing what works on the site and what does not.
  3. Better understanding on why visitors are staying on the site and why leaving.
  4. .. and much much much more.

Here are some sites that offer this feature:

http://userfly.com/

http://www.clicktale.com/

And there are few more which are either in beta testing or development.

If its possible, I would request to add this feature in Piwik.

Thank you.

Vishal, if you would like this feature to get interests from developers, it would be great if you would describe your ticket in more details, add screenshots, examples from other tools, some sort of specification. We have noticed that tickets with detailed explanation are more likely to find a developer willing to implement it.
