As an alternative to Piwik's token auth, for added security in the API authentication.

Good candidate for community plugin, but not going to change token_auth authentication in core.

Definitely a good candidate for Piwik as we would ideally want to support oAuth standard protocol for the Analytics API. Maybe for Piwik 3.0 #6074 ?

implementing oauth2 for core will also require to implement it for API requests
