Should warn (or perhaps not offer the choice)
if deleting a database with non-Piwik prefixed tables.

Empty database check (Table count) should exclude tables not-Piwik prefixed.

There is also the case of piwik tables without any prefix.
is there option to delete database currently? I thought the option was to override tables with new install?
